HGRetouch may evaluate and accept other photo retouching requests.
We'll greenlight image requests from these entities considering: (a) the image won't reflect poorly on HGRetouch or our authorized clients; (b) the requester holds no bad history with us; (c) the exposure we gain from the image outweighs the loss of ownership; and (d) the image is used for general information purposes.
These organizations may link to our home page so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval of the linking party and its products or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking partyІ‚s site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HGRetouch excludes all claims, warranties and conditions related to our photo retouching. Nothing in this disclaimer limits:
Liability restrictions and exclusions set in this section and throughout this agreement: (a) comply with the previous clause; and (b) control all liabilities arising under this agreement for HGRetouch, including implications from contract, tort, and breach of statutory duty in Photo Retouching.
As long as HGRetouch's Photo Retouching services are provided for free, we bear no liability for any kind of loss or damages incurred.
